You're invited to an exclusive VIP screening of a powerful documentary that asks the hard questions about addiction treatment.

As drug and alcohol addictions skyrocket, The Business of Recovery examines the untold billions that are being made off of families in crisis. With little regulation or science, the addiction treatment industry has become a cash cow business that continues to grow while the addiction death rates continue to rise.

Through unique access to internationally recognized treatment facilities, as well as emotional stories of addicts and their families, the film reveals how the treatment industry in the United States preys on addicts with little more than promises of hope and a huge bill.

Join Producer, Greg Horvath for the Texas debut of his documentary, The Business of Recovery. This film challenges us to reconsider our assumptions about treating addiction and the human cost we will pay by allowing the industry to continue business as usual.

The controversial film, delves into the deceitful and exploitative practices of the addiction treatment industry, and was nominated for a 2016 Voice Award.

The Business of Recovery premiered at the Newport Beach Film Festival to three sold-out audiences and has been screened across the US at film festivals and prestigious post-secondary institutions, including Columbia University Medical School, UC Irvine School of Medicine, and Spalding University.  It was one of only four films invited to screen at the International Drug Policy Reform Conference in Washington, DC.

The Business of Recovery has been featured in Forbes Magazine, Huffington Post, the Daily Beast, the Orange County Register, Truth Out, and Addiction Professional.
